is it legal to use magix to make a demo to help start my career?

what im tryin to say is that i have made a complete cd with 7 tracks on it using magix music maker mx . i have used alotta soundz from the soundpool and i have editted most of them so that they had a custom sound to them and i have also recorded my own voice with these tracks. now the question is can i let someone listen to this demo to tryin get started? and if i did get started could i sale the album legaly? plz contact me asap thank you very much.

Technically, no.  Not at least if you abide by U.S. copyright laws, because that would be considered a public performance/presentation of the material.  MAGIX does not clearly define what they consider to be "private" usage.

ONLY if you've purchased the license to use the material in that fashion.  MM-MX comes with only a private license "out of the box" (so to speak).
