No - you will have to extract the jmage from the pdf file - try using the select tool and copy the image, paste it into an image editing program and save it.

Hi,

Using the selection tool, select the picture, use righ mouse button and the save as this generate a jpg. This work if the author permits that you can extract the picture from the document. If the function is locked you can zoom on the picture and use a software to capture the picture or in Windows 7 in Accesories the Snipping Tool.

Attention when you work with picture (royalty)...
