Is there a way to contact actual support?

Is there a way to get in contact with someone who can actually help me I purchased Vegas pro 19 like less then 6 days ago and used it once and did not like it and I would like a refund. I emailed support and I was told literally “no” and there was less then a sentence of information. I would like a bit more information on why I can’t get a refund for a product I’ve had and barely used. If not I’ll have to contact the bank.

It is a good question. I'm trying to contact them too.

I'm getting more and more inclined to the idea we should just get some authorities interested. As far as I know there are pretty good customer protection laws in Germany, maybe Magix would like to explain why they treat customers the way they do.

@DevGambit, @Martin-Lechowicz

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Please note that Vegas products have their own forum here.

I would suggest you post your question there.

See the terms and conditions for Vegas products here, in particular not section 3 ( §3) , they apply to 'Only for consumers who are habitually resident in a state that is a member of the EU or the EEA.

If you are in the US check the regulations regarding online purchases made to foreign companies.
