Is there a way to show which cam is active in multo editing

Hi,

In the new Movie Edit Pro Premium, I see that the very thin coloured line around each camera previews in multicam mode, goes Red when chosen to be the primary view. Is there a way to make that thin line thicker or highlight the actual track in the timeline so it is really clear which view is chosen?

I also see that when I click on the preview, it sometimes does not react straightway, so the 'cut to cam 4' etc may be be a little out.

Like the program but would like to know if I can make it easier for myself in this area. I had ME15 yonks ago and this is a great improvement.

Lastly is the rendering time as fast as in Video Pro X and Vegas Pro ?

Thanks

Hi

Unfortunately there is not.

Rendering speed is dependant on your computer specification, in particular if you can use hardware acceleration, what is actually on the timeline and what effects are applied.

The program which is faster or the fastest on, for example my system, may not be the fastest on yours, the only way to test is with the different programs on your hardware with the same project layout and effects - you cannot import a MEP/VPX project in to Vegas Pro.

Thank you.

I guess like anything it's a matter of getting used to the colour borders!

I have just tried again the trails of Video Pro x and MEP Premium and to be honest I didn't see any difference in the 3 tracks I was doing. Mind you, no effects or transitions so that might make the difference.

I have just upgraded my MEP 15 to this new premium so I can test the mpg files which the trial said it could not use.

Is there any difference in downloading the bought program or just entering the serial into the trail?

Thank you for the help.

Just bought Video Pro X too
