Issues With Buying Loops.

I've seen this posted here before, but the 'Helpful' solutions didnt really help. So I'll try this.

I've been trying very hard to buy a certain set of loops. I've been trying for a few days. When ever i get to the payment it tells me there is an error. At first i thought it was my banks fraud department. They did call me a few times to make sure I was doing the payment. But no matter how many times i okay it. it just wont go through on my bank.

So i figure get a prepaid card to pay for the loops i want. NOPE that wont work either. Still the same error. I can't find any link to contact customer support. even an email. I understand that the company is UK based and I'm in America. Is there anyone that can post a link to the customer support email? Or give me any better hints?

It took me forever to even get the program, i had to buy it through Amazon.

Please and thank you in advanced.

@Atlas-Alexander The company is based in Germany. You can ask sales support at infoservice@magix.net for help. It could take some time until you will get a response because there is a hard lockdown in Germany right now and it I suspect that most of Magix support employees are working from home.
