By output can't be detected, do you mean you can't find the USB michrophone on the list of audio drivers, or you find it select it and you cannot record from the device?

Hi

Plug the microphone in to your laptop.

Open the Control Panel and select the Sounds option, on the Recording Tab make sure that the Samsung USB microphone is set as default recording device - yours is probably set to Microphone.

In MX when you set up to record make sure that the USB microphone is selected.
