Hello - I want to use the same version (Edit Pro Premium 2021) on two computers at once. Magix automatically updated one computer to version 2022, but the other computer won't complete the update. It just hangs up and won't complete. I tried many times. I found support (somehow) and was in communication with a Tech who gave me a link that did not work either. I wrote back a couple of days later and an automatic email told me my Ticket was not longer working. I have been trying to find a contact point for weeks with no success.
I want to work back and forth with files and I do not want to get each new version as they come out. I like Magix Edit Pro Premium, but I do not want a product that forces me to pay a yearly subscription fee. That is what has happened to me with my last two uses of Magix software. I am sorry to have to stop using it.
I had another problem a few years ago and I was impressed with the speed and level of knowledge I was helped with. I thought Magix was the lower priced Video editor to go with. I also use Corel, and the tech help is very poor. Very polite though.
Trying to get technical support here at Magix is a maze that should not be. There is a better way to support those who pay for this software.
