Language when registering software

When I try to register samplitude proX3 suite, there is a choice of languages such as DE, IT, ES (spanish?) and II. What is II? I don't see English or US. Does it matter which one I choose?

@Stephen-Hunt I believe that Il is "(I)nternationa(l)" You can change the language inside the program via the Help menu.
