I have place my order for the  $19 a month deal my serial number is active and I shouldn't have any problems but a small window shows up and states that my license expires in 7 days. thats odd, can you help resolve the issue for me?

As far as I am aware, the only Magix product which involves a monthly deal is "Unlimited Loops", part of Magix Music Maker.

However, you have posted to the video area of the forum, and specifically to Movie Edit Pro. So, can you confirm exactly which Magix product you have? If, by chance, it is one of the Magix Vegas range, please see this post.
