Contact infoservice@magix.net

They should be able to reset the unlock counter.

@Moses-Adedipe

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

An alternative method to that suggested by @SP., which should actually be quicker and easier for you:

  • Log into your Magix account
  • Go to My Products
  • Find the specific program that you want to activate. You should see other previous activations listed.
  • Deactivate one or all of the others listed
  • Go back to your new installation and retry to activate.

I remember some years ago (2014?) there was a limited amount of possible activations for Magix software. After that, it was necessary to contact customer support. Maybe it is this old version.
