I have a major issue loging in

my old program was from 2016/2014 I am fed up trying to register the Soundforge I enter all the emails that I ever used and correct serial number

I am concerned that when I get the new 21/22 prepaid version of MusicMaker I will have the same messages like this email has already been used. I only use one email for almost everything

please explain to me how to login to new software or old one without those annoying messages. It may help if you send me the correct login info to use for the new 21/22 software

@Alexander-Kofman Please remove the serial number and order number. This is private data in a public forum and everybody can see it.

The combination of your e-mail and serial number is fixed after registration. You cannot use an arbitrary e-mail and serial number combination. You can go to Magix.com and log into your user account with your e-mail and password. You can then look under 'My Products' if your serial number is listed there. If this is the case you then know which e-mail you need to use.
