Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry. The answer to the question of how much is US$19 in AU$ can be found on any currency conversion site.
If you place an order for Loops Unlimited you will be told to select your preferred method of payment, which may then also indicate the price in AU$.
To convert the content of a Music Maker project you should first ensure you have saved it and then use the File>Export>Audio as mp3 option.
