I purchased MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2021 via download and paid through PayPal March 21st, 2021. On June 18th, I had to do a reset for my Windows 10 Home edition and my serial number and other info was lost. How do I get another password to reactivate my product?

When you say you need a password I assume you are referring to your serial key, which you would have received in the email confirming your purchase. It is always the user's responsibility to keep a careful record of his serial key(s)!!
However, I assume that, when you originally installed the product, you activated and registered it? If so, you need to go to your Magix account, log in and go to My products, where you will find both the installer and the serial key for the version of MEP which you bought. (If you cannot remember your password for that log in, as long as you know the email address you used you can request to reset your password.)
