Lost Upper Toolbar

I have lost the upper toolbar on VPX12 V18.0.1.95 possibly after a windows update. Have read of same problem in the forum. F9 does not restore it. I have managed to save project (Ctrl S) and exit program (alt F4)

Equipment details are :-

Dell Laptop XPS 15 (9500)
16Gb Memory 1Tb SSD
NVidia GTX 1650 Ti 4GB

Windows 10 Home V20H2

Magix VPX V.18.0.1.95 (UPD3)

Hi Audrey.

I think a screenshot of the problem would help with this one. Normally grabbing each section by its toolbar and dragging downwards should reveal the missing sections of the top toolbar but not sure of what you are seeing.

That is with the top sections pulled down. Otherwise it is the normal screen but missing the upper toolbar.

Found it ! When attempting to put the screen back to how it was prior to pulling down the top, I came across a Magix pop up add. Behind that was a very condensed top tool bar.

Hi Audrey.

Glad you found it. I was going to say, looking at the picture that the main background component looked like it had been shrunk down leaving behind everything else. It's the first time I've seen three layers involved though.
