Also regarding third party LUTS. Does anyone know which folder they should be placed so that they can be used by the program (either V11 or 12)?

Hi.

I'm sorry no-one has yet answered your question yet but it's possible on-one here has used look up tables yet.

I know I haven't personally found the need to yet.

I am sure more than a few members have read the thread though.

I do notice there is some information on LUTS on pages 176 and 177 of the pdf manual that may help you.

None that I can see.

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videocontent\Video Pro X\VideoEffects\LUTPresets\LUTEffect

Thanks for the info. If anyone does want to change the intensity of a LUT in Video Pro X you can import the footage into Resolve and alter the gain on the key output. You can then save the modified LUT and import it into Video Pro. I find that, overall, the colour correcting and grading tools in Video Pro X are quite excellent.
