Magic store intros/outros

I purchased and am using Magic Movie Edit Pro 2022. I also bought some intros/Outros from the Magic store. My problem is this. After I add the intro to the timeline, it disappears when I add the outro. I tried several times. I even saved my project a couple of times before adding the outro. Still, the intro gets removed. I really like the Magic store intros/outros, and hopefully, someone can tell me how to fix this problem.

Hello.

Are they at the beginning and end of one video clip? If so, cut the clip in half and see if that sorts out the problem.
