I am contacting you regarding MAGIX ACID Pro 11 Suite, which I purchased from your official website for 150€.
For more than two years, I have been dealing with constant bugs, crashes, and serious stability problems. During this entire period, I did not receive any meaningful updates that fixed these issues. This situation is completely unacceptable for a paid professional DAW.
Now the problem has escalated further: the software no longer launches at all. When I click on it, it closes immediately. It has become 100% unusable.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that you are still selling this software on your website, despite its well-known stability problems and lack of proper updates. Other DAWs on the same system (FL Studio, REAPER) work perfectly and receive regular updates, which clearly proves the issue is with your software, not my setup.
At this point, I am formally requesting an immediate full refund of 150€.
