I have one year License for Magix studio 2022 Platinum but when I fo to file and Magix Content I just see gray links on all intro video I cant download anyone at all, I can see that it is included in my software on the magix page for the version and software and when I get it but it is not working.

What is the problem ?

The additional Magix Content is available only for users who choose the Subscription version of MS or VPX. Your mention of one year licence suggests you do not have this.

If you wish to change from the licence you have to the Subscription licence you could email infoservice@magix.net and ask whether this is possible.
