Hi

You are obviously running dual screen, the image you posted is too small to read the rror message - you need to crop the image to the relevant part

. . . . gtx 770 2gb x2 ( sli ) . . . .

Are you running two graphics cards linked by SLI with a monitor on each one?

Did you also have two SLI linked graphics cards in the previous computer?

If so try turning off Hardware Acceleration for mpeg4 in the programs settings and then try MEP.

If this does not fix the problem - remove the second GTX770 and try MEP again.

Hi

Thanks for the images - they are much clearer.

Try removing or disabling the second GTX770 and run with one card only.

Hi

That message means MEP was already running.

If you cannot see this instance of the program,go into Task manager, Processes tab and look for Movie Edit Pro - right click it and end the process.

You should be able to start MEP again.

If that fails restart the computer.
