Magix Movie Edit Pro 2013 Plus - Unable To Play Preview

Hi Gang - Hope All Is Well

I use both MEP13 & MEP16 - My question is regarding MEP 2013 Plus (trying to preview and then burn a DVD). I've successfully burned DVD's previously but I'm stuck currently trying to figure out why I can't 'PREVIEW' a project before making the burn. The media requires no chapters. When I click on Preview the screen goes black and nothing happens. See the screen shots:

My initial reaction is that ranges won't work with DVD burning. Your video actually starts at 5 minutes, so perhaps MEP is ignoring the range and including first 5 minutes of blank timeline.

I suggest you move your video to the start of the timeline (0:00:00) and retry. If you want a small blank "pause" before the video actually starts, you could put in a short black JPG.
