How are you connecting and what are you trying to do with the connection in MEP?

As the camera records to SD card you should not need MEP to connect to the camera.

Copy the video files directr from the camera SD card to your PC using Windows Explorer to a folder,  then import them into MEP via the Media pane from that folder.
