Magix Music Maker 16 for Commercial use?

I've been informed that you can use Magix Music Maker 16 for commercial use with all it's sound spool material. If this is true is there a link I can get to the EULA as proof or do I only have the licence that was provided when I purchased the software?

I think you have to get the commercial license to make that true. For that I think you would need to talk to the Customer Service team.
