Magix Music Maker 2013 issue

Hello. My Magix Music MAker 2013 software doesn't seem to work correctly. Well I mean, it works, but not like how it used to. When I press the playback button, the red marker doesn't move. And when I have a track finished, and try uploading it as an MP3 file, I click on it but nothing happens. Is there any way to fix this issue ?

There haave been Microsoft update issues that have caused some problems.  Are you current ?  Also, hit the P key to open your Progeam settings to be sure something  hasn't changed there.  I would assume boath worked in the past, so did both problems appear at about the same time ?

I hit the P key and the program settings are the same. And yes, my Magix Music Maker software is current. Magix Music Maker 2013. And yes, both have worked in the past, but the Mp3 would now just randomly show up instead of me being notified that I have uploaded it as an MP3 file like it used to. Oh, and yes both issues occured at the same time. Both issues have been going on for almost two days. Ah, and there's yet another issue. But with Catooh. I put the selected software I want in the shopping cart and make a purchase, but apparently I go to put my credit card info in, and it won't accept my account when my account is indeed valid, and has enough on the balance to afford to the cost of the sounds.

I am experiencing the exact same problems you have described. Red marker not moving and unable to export to mp3 (or any other file format for that matter). The problems occurred at the same time and its VERY frustrating! I have sent an email to Magix to see if they have any answers, and apart from running a few 'syscheck' tests, they haven't given me any clues on resolving this matter yet. I rely heavily on exporting audio from this program as i use it to mix my own compositions, so if its not sorted out soon, i think i will have to look into buying something more reliable.

I'm going to start by re-installing the software (and hope i dont lose any of the music i've already created). If that works, i'll let you know.
