Magix not connecting to the internet

So, for some reason magix is no longer connecting to the internet. I had to do a fresh windows install on my computer this morning, and therefore lost everything. So as I started downloading programs, i came across the error on Magix that it is waiting for response from the magix store and that i need to check my internet connection. However, my internet connection is fine, plenty of speed, and all of my other programs downloaded just fine. ALso, when the window pops up for automatic feature download and installation, it doesnt do anything, and after a while another window pops up that says "download failed". Anyone have any suggestions on a fix for this?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

OK, so I got that working I think. Now there's a new issue. I am subscribed to loops unlimited, but for some reason it wont let me download any of them. All of them have the purchase option, but nothing else. When I got to the loops unlimited thing, it tells me it's acquired, so that's still there. Now I'm stumped!

I guess the forum is magical. As soon as I post an issue, it fixes itself on my computer. Everything appears to be working now. I just downloaded one that I had purchased, and now they are all available. Weird, but it works!

@SuperSonic

Perhaps the web spider was tired???

Whatever, glad to hear the issues are now resolved.
