Magix password doesn't work on Producer Planet

I'm trying to download some free content from Producer Planet and when it asks me for my Magix password it says it's incorrect. I am using the same email for both accounts. Any suggestions?

@Judy-S Reset your password? Be sure that your Windows keyboard language is correct and that caps lock isn't enabled.
