I've been trying to reach support since last week. They simply will not respond. I tried Sales and Tech Support both. Neither will respond to my request for a replacement DVD for the defective one the sent me or give me my money back. They won't even reply "No, we're keeping your money! Get lost." Can anyone put me in touch with their administrative offices in the USA by phone? I am about to do a charge back on my payment if I don't get an answer from someone today.
