Why isn´t VEGAS Pro even in the above list? We´ve purchased the MAGIX VEGAS Pro suite and can´t get the sent serial to work.

The installation goes fine but on entering the serial provided (which for some obscure reason includes a letter at the front which the registration window won´t even accept) we get a message saying that the serial is incorrect... even though it has a green tick. I´ve spent 30 years in software development and MAGIX has hands-down got to have the worst customer support we have EVER seen. We´ve spent the last 2 weeks trying to contact them about what discount we were entitled to based on our previous products (and we have a ton of them) and they couldn´t even be bothered sending ONE SINGLE reply in all that time.
Anyone have any idea what is going on here? We´ve sent them ANOTHER message message via "Create a request" form, but if this goes like it usual does with MAGIX we´ll be lucky to get any reply.
