Hi

This appears when you start a burn to disc and you  have already burned, or started then aborted a burn, to disc.

Depending on the option you slect MEP will either use a previously encoded file or re-encode it again.

I always select Encode All then I know that everything has been recoded with any changes I have made.

If you have already burned a disc from this project and want to burn another, not having made any changes to the project, then you do not need to do it this way. You can use File, Burn CD/DVD and then select the option you wish to burn more copies of a project that already has been burned to disc, alternatively use disc copying software such as Nero or ImgBurn to copy a finished DVD

HTH
