Manual for MEP 2019 premium?

I went to customer support to download a copy of the manual for the MEP2019 premium and it gives me the one for 2020 instead. Can we not play these games as you try to force an upgrade on users? I'd like the manual for the version I own, not the latest and greatest.

I have Vegas 17 now and will not be upgrading MEP, but my wife would like me to install it on her computer for basic editing.
