Thinking my old downloaded (2011) "Magix Video deluxe mx plus" might not work on the new computer with Windows 8 I ordered MEP 2013 Plus. In the past when I needed to burn several DVD's of a project I would just make a DVD content and then burn this with Nero. However, when doing the same thing now I find that the DVD file structure encoded with MEP 2013 Plus is missing the Video_ts.vob file. My work around was to export the entire project to an mp4 file, use this as input in my old Pinnacle Studio 14 and then make a proper DVD content. Short of going back to my old " Magix Video deluxe mx plus" which apparently seems to work on Windows 8 after all, there should be a way to properly do this with MEP 2013. A fault in the system? I also updated Windows 8 to 8.1, did a repair of MEP 2013 (in order to be able to activate the H264 and peg2 codecs again), and then did an online update of MEP 2013 in the hope that this was a bug that was fixed in the mean time, but alas still the same problem.
Computer : Medion, CPU: Intel i7-3770, 3.4 GHz, 4 GB ram, OS: Windows 8 (64 bit)
Any one encountered this? Any ideas ?
Thanks, Hanny
