MEP 2015 has Timestretch/Resample control for audio mapped to "audio fx" instead of Timestretch/ Resample control.

My packaged edition of MEP 2015 PLUS has the Timestretch/Resample control for audio mapped to the "audio fx"..  This is a big probleem for me. becayse my Olmpus LS-10  needs to be adjusted to 120.07 insteaad of 120.00 in order for it to match my video feeds. I used my older MEP MX Pro version this past week but I'm really hoping this issue can be fixed.soon.  I doubt my boxed version is the only one affected.  Thanks.

Hi

. . . . Timestretch/Resample control for audio mapped to the "audio fx" . . . .

What do you mean by this? - Timestretch/Audio resample has always been and Audio FX.

. . . . This is a big probleem for me. becayse my Olmpus LS-10  needs to be adjusted to 120.07 insteaad of 120.00 . . . .

Whenever you use a seperate device that is not synced to the video you are going to have a syncing / timing issue.

What is the video feed source and is it stable / accurate with respect to framerate and bitrate?

John

Hi,

Do you not get the following screen which is just a different colour from that in MX?

This is what comes up under Audio effects, Timestretch/Audio in MEP2014 and VPX6. I don't have 2015 to test it.

The first image is what I actually see when selecting the Timestretch/Resample option in MEP 2014 - There is no option to change my bpm rate from 120.00 to 120.07 (I know you would only see 120.01 in the window but it supports the extra decimal). The second image is what I normally see under the previous versions.  I have been using various versions of Magix Movie Edit Pro for my Churches TV broadcasts of our weekly sermons for over five years utilizing the the same equipment. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks, Larry T

No, I don't get the view you have listed. That would actually allow me to make my normal adjustments. I only see an option for "play" - "stop" - "ok" - or "x" for cancel.  No other controls are available.

What do you mean by this? - Timestretch/Audio resample has always been and Audio FX.

I should have been more specific. What I actually get is the audio fx box with only four options:  "play" - "stop" - "ok" - or "x" for cancel.  No other controls are available.

Much clearer now. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Looks like a bug.

Did you try Ctrl+Shift+Q? If you get the same thing, it is a bug.

Thanks everyone,

It does appear to be a bug.  I sent the same picture to tech support and hopefully they can find a remedy.
