MEP 2016 - Can't resize the Stabilization Marquis control window

I mentioned before in passing, but now it's driving me nuts. (Sometimes MEP's Image Stabilization gives better results than Mercalli.) A few days before I did the recent MEP update, I found the Marquis border "frozen." I can't resize it. Same after the MEP update. Same with videos I began on previous version and with new videos. I'm wondering if I (or my cats) hit a control key to cause this. Any ideas?

Better late than never...

I had the same issue, was solved by switching the “video mode” from “Alternative mode 2” to “Default mode / Direct3D”. But I had purposefully set it to “Alternative mode 2” because the default mode generates a scrambled aspect when “Gamma HDR” is applied...
