Hi

I suspect MEP has not shut down completely or the ini file is corrupted.

Try the following

  1. Right click the Taskbar and select Task Manager

  2. on the Apps section (or Applications tab) locate Magix Video deluxe 2015...  right click it and select End task and confirm

  3. Under Background processes section (or Processes tab) locate MagixOfa Helper Module, right click it and then select End task and confirm.
  4. The try restarting MEP.

If that fails - using Windows Explorer search for videodeluxe.ini - you may have to turn on Search hidden files and folders

You should find several files - delete the one that is the largest in file size.

Start MEP.
