Anyone know why this would be happening. Very strange. I reinstalled MEP about two or three weeks ago and ever since it requires the serial every time as shown below w/ email. Then it says activated and looks clear. But then on the next program open, it's back.

when you installed MEP did you turn off your antivirus /firewall? After the install did you add all the Magix program folders to your exclusions to scan folders?

Yes, it is marked in both public and private. Yet it stll requires the serial number at every program open
Have you right clicked the desktop icon and run as administrator?
Have you also tried adding the 'P-' to the number?
