Missing instrument credit in Store

My version upgraded to the 2021, from the 2020 EDM version, and I lost a credit I had for an instrument in the Instrument Store.

I see no other way to contact support directly on this matter either.

any advice is welcome.

AH! thanks so much, I do have the previous version still installed on my laptop. I was able to grab the instrument there and get it loaded on my main machine as well. thanks for the help!
