Missing Serial Numbers emails.

I received 10 redemption codes for MAGIX Movie Edit Pro Premium (2021) - Academic from BH photo. The first two I entered on your website to get a serial number worked, and i received an email back with the serial number. When I entered the next two, I never got an email back with the serial numbers. I tried to use the same codes and it said they had been redeemed. I checked my inbox and junk mail. Still nothing. how can I have those two email resent. what do I need to do to make sure that does not happen again with the other 6 redemption codes. I need to get this on my computers asap. what do I need to do

Hi Bryan and welcome to the user to user forums.

First , there are no Magix staff on the forums so us users here can't help you. You need to get in touch first with the place you bought the software from as they are always the first port of call for complaints or refunds. If you feel you have to go further then get in touch with Magix who will probably ask you first if you have been in contact with the retailer as your offer as far as I know is not a normal Magix offered deal.

The Magix support email address can be found in your pdf manual in the first few pages which can be loaded in the Help section of the task bar within Movie Edit Pro.
