missing vts instruments

None of the built in midi vts instruments will open in my Magix Music Maker 15, such as vita or revolta. :( I would like to know how to fix this, as well as know how to add extra 3rd party vts instraments in music maker.

First of all, what operating system are you using (XP, Vista, ect.).

Second...were you able to open them previously, or is this the first time you've used the program?
