There are a few websites that offer a multitude of free, or very inexpensive, VST plug-in synthesizers (effects, drum machines, etc.) of all kinds.  A simple Google search for "VST Plug In" will find them for you.

Do you think it will work fine with magix?

Probably, most of the time.  I have a couple dozen free VST synths and effects installed in MMM.  That's not to say you will never have problems with any of them, but the majority should work just fine.

Just make sure you are downloading the correct version for the operating system you are using.
