Movie Edit Pro 11- no audio when I create an mpg or try to burn to DVD

I created my video and it plays back just fine in the editor, but when I try to burn to DVD or create an MPG, there is no audio. System specs: Windows 7, X64 Professional, 8 Gb RAM, 1.5 Tb hard drive, dual Quad-core Intel CPU.

Movie Edit Pro 11 is a very old version of the software - and is 8 years out of date.

Have you successfully used this installed on Windows 7 to create video before?
