Well, as good as it is to have the 17, Win 7 has been quite forgiving if you install programs as administrator, and choose the option of Win XP SP 2 compatibility mode. The thing is, if it works, it works, and if not, well, hmmm? You may or may not be able to burn, but getting uptodate burn routines can sort that one out. The 15 is a bit older, and initially not quite/really Win 7 capable. Longer term you need to get the fully compatible/ and supported Win 7 programs, it just makes life easier. Cheers, M o' L.
