Hi John,

Thank you for responding and your time, I am not sure about what an MEP is, so, i don't know how to answer that.

as for image recorder in the burn dialog, i have used handbrake to decrypt my owned disc, so, i guess that's a yes?, i know where the file is, it is .mp4.  i'm not familiar with all the lingo, so this is my best answer that i can give.

what should i do?

Hi

. . . . i'm not familiar with all the lingo . . . . .

We often use abbreviations for things like product names so in this case MEP = Movie Edit pro.

. . . . i have used handbrake to decrypt my owned disc, so, i guess that's a yes?, i know where the file is, it is .mp4 . . . .

Can you give us some details about what you want to do with the mp4 and how you are trying to do it with Movie Edit Pro.

John

.

Thank you for the MEP description.

I take the mp4 files into MEP, save them as dvd quality and it goes to wma or wmv (movie) file.  When that is done, i want to import the windows movie file and want to use MEP to burn the dvd file using their menus in MEP  I have kept the log file when it does not burn, should i copy and paste the last thing it said?  don't know if that will help.
