Well Finally after ages I seem to have stopped MEP crashing. I have bit defender AV and set up an exception to MEP and it's stopped Freezing up. Fingers crossed!
Good to heart that. However, I have Norton and am having the same issue. Can you tell me how you did this? I'm not an expert when it comes to virus/firewall programs. I went in and added Magix folders (all I could find) to the Realtime exclusions/low risk portion of Norton. Running some tests to seeif that helps my freezeups. I want to make sure I go after all of the right settings and not open myself up to some security issue.
Sorry, forget my request. Issues eneded up being an old system, and trying to upgrade to a graphics card the PC could not handle. I backed down to using the proxy files and that sovled my dilemma.
