Movie Edit Pro "Commercial Content Use"

Hi,

What is meant by commercial content use in regard to Movie Edit Pro Plus/Premium? I do not want to use any of Magix sounds or loops in a project, but if I use Magix effects such as transitions and other magix content, does this count as commercial content? I want to know if I can edit a commercial project in Movie Edit Pro, or if I need to purchase Video Pro X.

Can I edit a video project in Movie Edit Pro, use Magix transitions and effects built into the software, and use that in a commercial project?

Thanks.

@Lux-Monolithic No, you can use it only for "family holiday videos", so to speak. Get Video Pro X to use it for any commercial project, for example contract video editing work or making movies that you want to sell or making videos with ads.

Hi

See the EULA section 5 here .

In a nutshell you can use the program commercially so long as you do not use any of the Wizards ie Soundtrack Maker, Slideshow Maker and Travel Route or any of the video, audio and images that come with the program or movie templates etc.

Third party plugins that are bundled with the software may also have similar restrictions.
