I get the same screen. My 12-month Update service is still valid (it expires next April) so I guess you are in the same boat as me. I haven't updated mine yet (too many issues by the looks) but I assume that if you click Update, you'll get the full-blown, licenced version of MEP 2022, not a trial.

I would wait until other users post to confirm.

Interestingly, my update download is showing as 946mb.
