Movie Edit Pro Premium - Missing loads of features since re-install

Hi,

I have Movie Edit Pro Premium Version 17.0.1.140(UDP3).

Originally it was installed and my machine died. It is now on a new machine.

The machine is running windows 10 pro, Intel i5 processor and 12gb ram with AMD Radeon graphics.

Originally, Movie Edit Pro Premium was brilliant and had lots of new features and tiles. However since reinstalling using the links in my account, there are loads of tiles missing. Barely any effects, no PiP tiles and especially no picture grid.

I tried to load an exisiting project and it told me that MxOfxPicture Grid.vsx was missing. I can't scan effects for either. I desperately need some assistance.

I have emailed Magix, but they're in no rush to reply.

Thanks, I read that prior to posting, but thanks for the heads up. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to "being up to date" with software. I'm working on a long wonded install to see if it resolvea the issue, if it does, I'll update this thread and your thread too.
