Movie Studio 18 Platinum and Movie Templates

Hi,
Movie Studio 18 Platinum does not show any of my purchased Movie Templates or Theme Packs, only the default Movie Templates. I have clicked on Download My Store Content and have waited a few days. They appear in my older version of Movie Edit Pro Plus. What is funny is that when I go to the Store in Movie Studio 18 there are no Movie Templates for purchase in the Store but they are when I use Movie Edit Plus.
Any help would be appreciated,

Did you use the Help, Install extra content option similar to that shown below

after which did the Installation Manager - similar to the image shown below - download and install all the extra content?

The images above are from Movie Edit Pro, upon which Movie Studio is based.

Thank you for your reply John. Yes I installed the extra content that is when the default Movie Templates were loaded. I then selected Download my Store Content. Other items appear to have been installed but not the Movie Templates. And as I said what is funny is that there are no Movie Templates for purchase in the Store.

The default installation of MMS Platinum, in the Templates tab, Movie Templates & Editing templates section , you should have 35 items under the Editing Templates option, and 40 items under Film Templates Basic movie templates.

If you do not have these can you start the download extra content again and post a screen shot of the Installations Manager screen, as shown in my second image above, you may need to drag the bottom of the dialog down to get all the items viewable and then cancel the Installations Manager.

Which Movie Templates and Theme Packs did you purchase and for which version of Movie Edit Pro Plus?

Yes I have 35 items under the Editing templates and 40 items under the Film Templates Basic. However I don’t have my purchased ones... Limitless Power, Eagerness, Daydreaming, Devolution, Space Shuttle, On the Road, Night Run, Armageddon, Summer Nights etc etc.

As I said I selected Download My Store Content but no Movie Templates, my Song Collections are there but not Movie Templates.

And as I said what is strange is that in the Store in Movie Studio 18 Platinum the Movie Templates are not available for purchase. I was wondering if any one else was seeing them in the Store.

I suppose I could just link to the Movie Templates in my Movie Edit Pro Plus Version 19.0.2.58

Have you un-installed the old Movie Edit Pro Plus?

The templates you have listed, were they purchased from Catooh?

If so did you backup the installers* after downloading them - if so use these to install the templates, if not then the templates are gone.

Thanks for the feedback. I still have Movie Edit Pro Plus 2019 installed. I bought them from the Store last year and I can link to them from Movie Studio 18 so I can at least use them.

I started with Magix Movie Edit Pro 2004 but still have stuff to learn and appreciate your help.
