Movie studio platinum 18 setup does not download software. I have tried on different computers and none starts the download. I need support because the software won't download and I just bought the upgrade yesterday.

¿Can anybody help me?

If you cannot download the program, please note that a browser (Chrome) may not download without the workaround of copying the link text and pasting it the browser. Try that or use another browser (Edge for instance). (From my edited comment here.)

This is my internet speed and I have temporarily disconnected my McAfee firewall.

Hi Jose.

So much background stuff eating up memory before you even start to try to download. 77% memory usage before you even start. Try stopping all unneeded background applications before you start downloading.
