Which template are you trying to apply and did you purchase it through the Store within Movie Edit Pro (MEP) Plus 2021 or from Producer Planet?

What version number is your MEP as found under Help, About?

The version is: 20.0.1.73. (UDP3).

The template is called 'A Funky Thing' and was purchased via the Store option (found alongside Import, Effects, Templates, Audio).
