Hi

. . . . cut 4 of 5 . . . .

That is the stage that creates the DVD image from the rendered movie, menu and chapters.in preparation for burning.

However that does not tell us all the inforation we need - can you post the section of the error log from the start* to the error message for the last attempt at burning.

* the start is the line which has the date and time on it.

Thanks

John EB

How do I post the error log? I don't know where to find that.  I started over again and posted a shorter movie. Normally if there is no room on the blu-ray, it will tell me, but it did not. The indicator bar was all the way to end. When I did the new one, it was not at the end, and it has been going for almost 11 hours, again stuck on cut 4 out of 5.

Note - I will not be able to resolve this for the next two weeks as I won't have access to the computer with the files on. I hope that it can be resolved, as I have spent such a long time on this. This is my second attempt to burn blu-ray. I am using H264 format. Thank you very much for answering.
