Moving Software

Hi,

I just bought a new computer that can actually run my Vegas movie 16 software, but I can't get it to activate.

I have deactivated it on the old computer and have installed it to the new one. I am using the same email address as before but it still brings up code -24.

I'm on a Dell Inspiron with windows 11.

Any thoughts?

I chatted with support and even solved the problem myself after some more thinking.

A typo in my original registration.

Chatting was easy and they even fixed the problem for me so I didn't have to deal with. All up and editing now.
